Portraits of Honor

"Portraits of Honor" is a thoughtful initiative by Daniel Bruce Acker Photography aimed at honoring and recognizing the brave men and women who have served or are currently serving in the military, along with their families. This program is offered at no cost and includes professional portrait sessions for military veterans, those currently on active duty, and Gold Star Families.

The concept behind "Portraits of Honor" is to create a visual tribute to the sacrifices made by these individuals and their loved ones. The portraits serve as a reminder of their service and a way to preserve their legacy for future generations. This gesture not only shows appreciation for their dedication to the country but also provides them with a cherished keepsake to be proudly displayed in their homes.

Gold Star Families, in particular, are those who have lost a family member in military service. This program offers them an opportunity to remember and pay tribute to their fallen heroes in a dignified and personal way.

If you are a military veteran, active duty military member, or a Gold Star Family member and would like to participate in "Portraits of Honor", please reach out to Daniel Bruce Acker Photography for more information on scheduling your session. The photography studio is likely to have specific dates and times dedicated to this event, and there may be certain criteria to qualify for the free portrait service.

By participating in this program, you are not only capturing a moment in time but also contributing to a larger narrative that celebrates the heroism and sacrifices made by those who have served the nation. The portraits will stand as a symbol of gratitude from the community, acknowledging the unparalleled contributions of military personnel and their families.
